How to cook fry-stir carrots

Materials

  • Carrots
  • Garlic

Procedure

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Chop the garlic.
  3. Heat a wok, add some rapeseed oil, then stir-fry the garlic until fragrant. Add the carrots slices.
  4. Add some salt.
  5. Continue stir-frying until the carrots are just cooked through, then serve hot.
