How to cook Hot and Sour Shredded Potatoes

Materials

  • Potatoes – 3st
  • Green peppers
  • Garlic
  • Pepper powder
  • Chinkiang Vinegar
  • Salt

Procedure

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
  2. Cut the green peppers into small pieces and chop the garlic.
  3. Heat a wok, add some rapeseed oil, then stir-fry the garlic and green peppers until fragrant. Add the potato strips and stir-fry quickly.
  4. When the potatoes are almost cooked, season with chili powder, Chinkiang vinegar, light soy sauce, and salt.
  5. Continue stir-frying until the potatoes are just cooked through, then serve hot.
