How to cook Hot and Sour Shredded Potatoes
Materials
- Potatoes – 3st
- Green peppers
- Garlic
- Pepper powder
- Chinkiang Vinegar
- Salt
Procedure
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
- Cut the green peppers into small pieces and chop the garlic.
- Heat a wok, add some rapeseed oil, then stir-fry the garlic and green peppers until fragrant. Add the potato strips and stir-fry quickly.
- When the potatoes are almost cooked, season with chili powder, Chinkiang vinegar, light soy sauce, and salt.
- Continue stir-frying until the potatoes are just cooked through, then serve hot.
