How to cook Beef Stir-Fried with Coriander
Materials
- Beef – 350g
- Salt – 1 spoon
- Sugar – halt spoon
- Oyster Oil – 1 spoon
- Dark Soy Sauce – 1 spoon
- Sesame Oil – 2 spoon
- Garlic – 100g
- Ginger – small piece
- Big red pepper
- Small red pepper
- Rapeseed Oil
- Salt
- Granulated Chicken Flavour Seasoning
- Light Soy Sauce
Procedure
- Rinse the beef, pat it dry, and slice it thinly, about 2 mm thick.
- Season the beef: first mix with salt, sugar, and oyster sauce; then add dark soy sauce and mix again. Finally, add sesame oil (or rapeseed oil as a substitute) and mix well.
- Prepare the supporting ingredients: finely chop the garlic and ginger. Remove the seeds from the large red pepper and cut it into small pieces. Cut the small red chili peppers into pieces as well.
- Pick the coriander leaves and place them at the bottom of a serving plate. Cut the stems and roots into 3 cm sections.
- Heat the wok, add rapeseed oil, and wait until it starts to smoke. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chopped peppers. Stir briefly, then add one spoon of oyster sauce and mix well.
- Add the beef and stir-fry. When the beef is nearly cooked, season with a spoon of salt, a little chicken bouillon powder, and some light soy sauce.
- Finally, add the coriander stems, stir a few times, then transfer everything onto the prepared plate with the coriander leaves. Serve hot.
