The first day of 2025 also the first day I met Lisbon

We spent the first day of new year in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. The local’s ability of English is not as good as people in Stockholm.

The life expense is cheaper than Stockholm but still higher than China.

Lisbon is a city full of history atmosphere, which can be seen easily to its road made by hundreds of stones.

Rugged roads in city

Lisbon is the most rugged city in have ever visited. The city is ether uphill or downhill. The bumpy stone roads are not friendly to our large suitcase. We were exhausted carrying the suitcase up the stairs.

I have been wearing shoes for two days. Today I can finally lie down in bed and have a good sleep. Wrote on Jan. 1st, 2025.
